https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11855 Can someone take a look at this please? The only failures left are the nf-core singularity checks. Everything passes locally, and the conda/docker CI jobs pass too. From the logs, CI seems to time out while pulling the iPHoP Singularity image before the stub test even starts, so I don’t think this is a module logic failure.
