Te purpose is adding nanopore mapping and variant calling tools to allow viralrecon to work appart from the artic-minion protocol, so it can be used to reconstruc viruses using nanopore reads that are not enriched using artic primers: https://github.com/nf-core/viralrecon/pull/594 Thank you! 🙏
