Hello! I draft a plugin for sending the log of a nextflow pipeline to an LLM (local or not) for explaining better the errors... it is called nf-llm-debuggerhttps://github.com/biocorecrg/nf-llm-debugger

This is a nice idea. About your plugin I don't "like" you spawn a curl to dialog with the llm having libraries to do this work
I wrote a series of posts on my blog about writing plugins and I used a similar idea in one of them
I show how to use langchain4j library to abstract the dialog with the model for example:

Thank you so much! Indeed this was just my first step in this so any advice is welcome! I added also the possibility to feed a small text document to inject some documentation about the pipeline. May I ask you why you don't like about the curl?

Basically you're executing a new shell process in the background (and assuming user has curl installed) when you have pure java methods to call a remote http endpoint
