Hi, I am using
seqera containers
to build an image for a bioconda package. This recipe was fixed yesterday to resolve an error but the version of the tools remains the same (the build number was updated). Now that I am using the tool again, seqera containers is returning an image url which was from the previous version as it already exists (but this is one has errors). How do I start afresh to build an entirely new image ?

It's probably worth asking directly on the Nextflow slack in the #nextflow-containers channel

Small public service announcement - I updated https://seqera.io/containers/ today so that you can edit a
environment.yml
file directly within the web page. This means that you can now pin to specific conda build numbers, something that has come up a few times.
This has always been possible via the CLI, but few are aware of it. So I also added a hint about the CLI when you're editing the environment.yml file 🙂
So you can use that interface now and pin the build (
baysor=1.23=*_1
)
