Heads up, I’m preparing a bulk PR for

bcftools

replacing the separate

tbi

and

csi

channels with a single

index

channel, cfr the

samtools

modules. This will eliminate a whole lot of channel logic and unneeded

join

actions

Would be great to set vcf/bcf/vcf.gz all to be one channel too

It'll depend on how bored I am tonight

although taking a quick look, most of the modules just emit

vcf
