Hi all,
I started a bit of debugging and one thing that came up is that the new module upgrades are not bacward compatible with nextflow 25.10.4. I think we need to reflect it in the requirements. What do you think <@UQZG2UCF3>?

They should be compatible. What error do you get?

there was also some error with process.out.txdb, that it was complaining about "out" so I thought I was quick-fixing it on dev, but now I'm second guessing why was it even an issue in the first place

the no such variable task is usually a red herring... will look into it.
