OK, how do we resolve this one: 1. A module was added BIGSLICE, as a single command module, 2. Later someone else wanted to add an auxiliary script from the same package so they made a new module within the original module's directory... 3. However the original module structure was not changed... So now we have:

bigslice/main.nf
bigslice/tests/
<...>
bigslice/downloaddb/main.nf
bigslice/downloaddb/tests/
<...>

The old one should be renamed to bigslice/bigslice

I'd also want it structured (don't have any opinion on the name). As long as no nf-core pipeline is using it renaming should be fine I think.
