Hi there, I was having an issue with the legacy params and the new Nextflow version

, since the auto type detection in Nextflow has been disabled, now trying to set a flag to

false

(e.g.

--skip_multiqc false

) will interpret this as string "false" which will be truthy because Groovy interprets strings as true. I therefore went ahead and ported all params for

nf-core/airrflow

to the new params block in

<http://main.nf|main.nf>

. However, now I'm having some failures in the pipeline linting for the

nextflow.config

and the

nextflow_schema.config

since the params are no longer in

nextflow.config

. For now I'm disabling these linting tests, but let me know if there is a better way to deal with this right now.

That's currently the way to do it until it's officially supported by the tooling 🙂
