hi guys im running the new v3.0.0 version with wes and it looks like my snvs are not having their multi-allelic vars split whereas previously they were being split... I can't really find the param. there is a new

params.skip_split_multiallelics

but im confused as to where this is being set to false by default? (if that is even the case...)
