I keep on hitting the space limit with CI runs recently (e.g. https://github.com/nf-core/mhcquant/pulls). Could https://github.com/jlumbroso/free-disk-space or some other cleanup step be an option in the tempalte to remove unused packages in the runners such as android SDK or Haskell?

Thats a great fix for multiple tests in one nf test file, but I always have one test per nf-test file.. Issue I am having is that the ci runner runs out of space during the container pulling phase..

I don't think the per file thing matters, it's the shards that land per job. Unless you're running one job per shard this fix will be useful to you.
