Hi @Kata Ferenc and @mashehu! I'm trying to run a default full-pipeline test, and it fails with the following error:

subworkflows/local/parameter_checks/main.nf

does not indeed exist anymore. Do you know what I need to include in

/mnt/biggley/home/slava/projects/leancage_dev/cageseq/workflows/cageseq.nf

instead?
