Hey all, Have tried to install the module quast using nf-core tools:

nf-core modules install quast

but get the error: ERROR 'manifest.name' Haven't had issues with other modules thus far. Any pointers on how to fix this?

Have you updated your tools version since you ran installs before? You need a

manifest

section with

name

in in your pipeline

nextflow.config
