Hi, is it possible to run semibin2 and comebin using GPUs?

Not yet. We have to do the setup and testing from the modules. If you can help us with that, would be appreciated!

we ran Comebin on GPU's (not in mag btw) but we ended up in the queue longer than the CPU version would run. 😬

Sorry for the late reply with this 😅 I guess the plan should be looking at how other modules are using the GPU (parabricks could be one of them I think), and update the binner modules to handle the GPU correctly. Then we can integrate them into mag, and add a param to enable gpu processing I guess.
