Is there any way to reference input files in assertions? Context: I want to check that a module outputs a file identical to the input in a specific scenario

You can add it to the meta map and fetch it from there

Can you give an example on how to set this up? I've tried and I'm getting `java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: test.vcf`

I suppose I should reference the work directory in some way, but the nf-test docs give little guidance on this

Ah yes remote files won't work that way because they aren't staged correctly :confused:
