any ideas?
r
probably something wrong with the clean up policy on AWS. You should be able to see them , I think
j
what do you mean? I am also trying to find them in aws and the folders are empty e.g.:
aws s3 ls <s3://nf-core-awsmegatests/proteinfold/results-5338c24b2af62cc4c02dcd34bcc49912eebffb3a/esmfold/T1024/>

r
my best bet is that the clean up policies for the bucket is overreaching somewhere and cleaning up the result files
j
Is the bucket versioned? I mean could we recover these files somehow?
e
Not sure if related, but also cannot see: https://nf-co.re/proteinfamilies/2.3.0 . It's supposed to have run today though, but successfully on AWS: https://cloud.seqera.io/orgs/nf-core/workspaces/AWSmegatests/watch/4vBXzfgqruccCD/tasks Even though the full test mark shows X in GitHub PR: https://github.com/nf-core/proteinfamilies/pull/165
j
I’d say that in your case the problem is that the website has not been synchronised yet
as version 2.3.0 is not appearing at any level
p
@Rike Hanssen didn't you find some issue about files being tagged with a fusion label and automatically deleted or something? But should be fixed?
But I agree, most megatest files are being deleted which is very annoying
r
yes I had removed that policy, which I thought fixed it. I can try to look later this week if noone beats me to it
as a stop-gap we can disable all clean up policies.../
