I just used

nf-core modules patch

with nf-core 4.0.2, and noticed it wrote out several config files for modules. The

containers_conda_lock_files_arm64.config

contains

process { withName: 'FASTQC' { container = 'modules/nf-core/fastqc/.conda-lock/linux_arm64-bd-e455e32f745abe68_1.txt' } }
process { withName: 'MULTIQC' { container = 'modules/nf-core/multiqc/.conda-lock/linux_arm64-bd-d167b8012595a136_1.txt' } }

Shouldn't this be

process { withName: 'FASTQC' { conda = 'modules/nf-core/fastqc/.conda-lock/linux_arm64-bd-e455e32f745abe68_1.txt' } }
process { withName: 'MULTIQC' { conda = 'modules/nf-core/multiqc/.conda-lock/linux_arm64-bd-d167b8012595a136_1.txt' } }

? Or how is the container directive used in the conda settings ?

I deleted these files anyway. I see where this is going, and I like it (a lot), but I'll implement when I'm good and ready 😄
