A community effort to collect a curated set of analysis pipelines built using Nextflow.

nf-core

I am running into <https://github.com/nf-core/tools/issues/4100|this bug> when I try to include the `--gencode`  flag in the rnaseq pipeline. I saw that <https://github.com/nextflow-io/nf-schema/pull/208|a fix was implemented> in nf-schema. How should I incorporate that fix? Should I just replace my nf-schema-2.5.1/ directory with the latest version at 2.7.2?

I get the error
```Downloading plugin nf-schema@2.7.2
ERROR ~ Plugin nf-schema with version @2.7.2 does not exist in the repository```
when I try to run the pipeline after specifying the version I need.
