I have a bunch of PRs hopefully being merged soon to help make the experience better: 1. #2167 - Adding Parabricks Haplotypecaller to Sarek (ready for review) 2. #2177 - Adding Parabricks DeepVariant to Sarek (ready for review) 3. #11217 - Updating all the Parabricks modules to version 4.7 (dependent on #11434 and #4243)
