I had a run that almost finished (only MultiQC remaining) and then failed with

/tmp/nxf-12819145461938044428/sort.index (No such file or directory)

This comes from a workflow, not a module. Any ideas what went wrong here?

This was fixed by re-running, some kind of fluke
