Hi, For the dragen module we cannot really obtain its version as we need the special hardware to run it. How should we update the module for the topic migration. We also have meta.sex used, should I move it to val(sex) ? https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/10853

I would go for val. since we can't test the version command, I would be on the safer side

That's what I would have done, but which one to put, as we don't know the version used. I also can't run the test locally as I don't have the hardware.

uff, no container nor conda... this breaks reproducibility, tbh I don't think this should be on nf-core if we can't make sure the same module version produces the same output

I also agree, this module is mostly a placeholder for people who have the tool. I don't know if we have other module like that.
