Hi, I'm updating `deepcell/mesmer`that currently use a quay.io/nf-core container. This container is labeled 0.4.1 but the deepcell tool inside is 0.12.2. This tool is available through pip, but sequera container can't build it. What should I do ? https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11277

got a succesfull build: https://seqera.io/containers/?packages=pip:DeepCell==0.12.10+conda-forge::python=3.9.23+conda-forge::gcc=15.2.0

After looking in it deeper, this modules use in fact a wrapper called deepcell-application, that isn't available on pip nor conda 🥲
