Hello community, I have a basic question on eager. Basically, I have huge fastq files of over 60+GB and I subset them in order to make the process faster. I ran them, but it seems that eager merges the lanes into one big fastq file again, which is of course renders my previous split process useless. Of course I see that all the files marked with the same lane are merged together, so I guess that the way to make the pipeline treat them separately is to mark the files that I split with different lane tags.
