I followed instructions here https://nf-co.re/docs/usage/offline but this did not seem to work. My compute nodes do not have internet access.

? and there is no

-offline

parameter as far as I know?

option

I'm not sure unfortunately. The instructions are generic, so this would presumably affect more people... I think you should ask on #CE6SDBX2A

I've not got any experience myself
