hm, I was thinking on github and by proxy the nf-core site. But probably zenodo, also. There was never funding to maintain the callingcards pipeline, and the grant that supports the dataset development is likely done at the end of the year. Realistically, I'm not going to be making the updates that I have been planning to make for the last 2 years. Should archive it as a result
