Hi all, we’re running the nf-core/airrflow pipeline on a secure offline system. We installed the pipeline in offline mode and made sure all container images are available locally. However, the pipeline still attempts to download external resources, for example: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nf-core/test-datasets/airrflow/database-cache/igblast_base.zip Since outbound network access is blocked, this obviously fails. My question: Where should these files be placed locally so that the pipeline can pick them up instead of trying to download them? Is there a recommended cache or directory structure for this? Thanks a lot for any guidance!
If anybody else wonders:
git clone <https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets.git> --single-branch --branch airrflow
From there copy the database-cache folder to the server and provide the files as
Copy code
--reference_igblast </path/to/igblast_base.zip>
--reference_fasta </path/to/imgtdb_base.zip>
PS: would be nice to find that in the help.

Hi, Stefan. Yes, the paths to the reference databases stored locally should be set by parameters
--reference_igblast
and
--reference_fasta
in the command.
