I would love to have input from maintainers to this PR in #CE9BJ6X6V: https://github.com/nf-core/mhcquant/pull/445. I added two additional input types, next to the standard samplesheet. Both input types are converted into the samplesheet in

PIPELINE_INITIALISATION

and validated with nf-schema. (Documentation still missing)
