Hi all, I have a question regarding the html report that's sent upon completion of a pipeline. Unfortunately, my institute's spam filter blocks html attachments, so I'm not receiving the emails at all (only when the pipeline fails and no report is attached). Is it possible to disable the html report or convert it to a txt file? Or does anyone have a better suggestion? Thanks!

I don't think you can drop the multiqc report (which is probably what you mean with html attachment from the email). one hack would be that instead of sending it to your institutes email, you could send it to your slackbot instead https://slack.com/help/articles/206819278-Send-emails-to-Slack#h_01F4WE06MBF06BBHQNZ1G0H2K5

There's also a Nextflow plugin for slack which should work in a similar way but give nicer slack messages
