Hi! I am trying to run ribodetector in gpu mode but I am not sure how to specify that in the nf-params.json file. I see for example that I can use

use_parabircks_star

to accelerate star, but no similar option for ribodetector?

good point, we haven't wired it (tbh I hadn't even noticed it could use GPUs)
