04/09/2026, 10:46 AMSo I was working for a biobank that needed that pipeline, and worked in collaboration with 2 platforms in Sweden helping researchers that shared interested into developing such an open source pipeline.
I later joined Seqera, and I am now working at National Genomics Infrastructure, one of the 2 platforms I was collaborating with before.
And I somehow managed to keep working on sarek for 10 years.

04/09/2026, 10:54 AMYeah I work with ONT data mainly but the general tooling and steps have quite a lot of overlap with Sarek at times.
No PhD, just 10+ years of pipelines - and this slack is perfect for my insomnia now I am far from Europe haha
