errorStrategy

of nf-core pipelines does not currently include Fusion Snapshot error codes. I propose that errors

get added to the default strategy like so:

errorStrategy = { task.exitStatus in ((130..145) + (175..177) + 104) ? 'retry' : 'finish' }

Who would be the best person to review and add this nf-core wide?

that’s brilliant, we are still running it off a private repo in which Sebastian hot-fixed some misconfigured blacklists etc. Need to revisit the official release again, is it operational once more?
