ok, so the refactor-javascript branch is not working as is unfortunately

but good news, the megatest GHA appears to be working now

what's failing is the upload artifact step, not the launch workflow via SP

might be related to the updated uplaod-artifact action. they changed the behaviour about file overwrite i think
