I have an issue in a custom pipeline (based on nf-core template) that seems related to nf-schema.

The issue is that: 1. The pipeline is not stored on GitHub, so the path in the error has no right to exist 2. There is no

schema_input.json

in the assets, I have given it a different name and changed the input subworkflow accordingly 3. The line indicated seems to check the params schema, not the samplesheet schema How can I fix this?

This error usually means that something is wrong with your schema. Could you show me the file?

Have you defined the correct schema for

in your main nextflow schema? (The pipeline one)

Found it. The URL was a red herring, the real issue was a typo in a regex.
