Hi! I am doing an internship on a project to identify transcriptomic biomarkers in colorectal cancer using total RNA-seq data from plasma samples (~90 samples per dataset). I am currently working with the rnaseq pipeline from nf-core and the steps here are: extract 100 samples from each one of the 2 articles referenced in the protocol of my intership (this samples are extracted in the NCBI with the GSE reference) and then I am supposed to runthe pipeline with this respective information. Moreover, I am working on my hp laptop with 8GB of RAM and I ve found some struggles. First struggle was the dowload of the samples from the NCBI site, but I ve overtake it by downloading them to an external disk and also to my drive. Now I am facing the real struggle: I ve downloaded the docker and I am doing the profile -test in the pipeline, specifically this command "nextflow run nf-core/<pipeline_name> -profile test, docker --outdir <OUTDIR>" ( with my specific directory) ... but when I am doing this it is saying that I have RAM issues and this files are to heavy to be supported and I am blocked on this step. Am I doing the steps right? There is any solution to that?
