Am I correct in thinking that if all modules in a subworkflow have been migrated to `topic` versions then there is no need for the subworkflow to have a versions channel/emit of its own?

<@UQZG2UCF3> does this mean that the subworkflow lint test `main_nf_version_emitted: Subworkflow does not emit software version` should be dropped/ignored?
