<!subteam^S0934CW2DPY> claude lurk and I did a big push to actually get some progress on the workflow done. I think I've got stuff wired up all the way through assaydev, analysis and cytotable. Would appreciate folks taking a look at the PR. It's a bit hefty because I also (probably unwisely) included a nf-core template update. We can discuss next steps in the dev meeting tomorrow, but I'm leaning towards a merge first and find/fix bugs as they come up.
