Hi all! I had issue with the

KOFAMSCAN_DOWNLOAD

when using

--kofam_dir

with local database files.The pipeline still tried to download it from www.genome.jp

This is probably because you're missing a file called

versions.yml

. I think there's an earlier thread explaining this but I can't check myself

So, I need to adapt it for KOFAMSCAN as well?

Yes, they work the same way. The file can be exactly the same as for the eggnogs, but must not be empty. Hopefully we'll get rid of this with the next release.
