Hi all, I created a small PR (to bump a module's version and add a command line option), but I'm observing linting errors which I'm unable to reproduce locally:

Do I need to update my local setup? I'm using Nextflow 25.10.4 and nf-test 0.9.4

modules CI lints with the latest nf-core tools dev version (which you can get via

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+<https://github.com/nf-core/tools.git@dev>

)
