) does not work with genomeassembler. I am not aware of doing anything in the pipeline that would break that, but maybe there is something that I am not aware of? Can I even break resource reporting at the pipeline level, assuming the modules are nf-core modules and containers come with

Not sure I have anything to add beyond your comments on the issue. As you say, sounds odd - near impossible to help without being able to reproduce.
