Hi, is there any documentation for SnpEff databases beyond the output of

snpEff databases

? I'm getting weird results (i.e. no annotations) for tomato data, and I suspect it might be related to coordinate mismatch, but I cannot find for which reference the SnpEff database was created (the name is simply

I have not built anything, I used the built-in database

, listed with the

databases

subcommand. Contrary to human databases, it is named after the species, not the specific reference it is built for, so I am not sure which one was used
