We have a user that should have their data analyzed with proxiome-immuno-156-FMC63-v3 panel. However, this panel is not available in the 2.3.0 release that we are currently running. Can I download the panel file somewhere and use `panel_csv`in the samplesheet or do I have to update to the latest version of the pipeline in order to analyze this data?

Hi Jonas. We are in the process of adding the panel to pixelator. In the meantime please change the

panel

column in the samplesheet to

panel_file

and provide the path to this csv file.
