Only 1 issue, I forgot to update nf-test in the GHA

I even discovered a file I was not checking for before because I was exposing it in the subworkflow, but I did exposed it via topics

check subworkflows/local/recalibrate/tests/main.nf.test and the corresponding snapshot

Ah crap I got distracted :sweat_smile:. I'll do finish it tomorrow
