I'm working on the topic migration of `CTATSPLICING_*` modules.
However they take a really long time to build the reference with `STARFUSION_BUILD` .
Is there a workaround to reduce the computing time ?
There is 4 modules running the same setup test on the modules repository.

It does work on GA but it is quite slow.
