I think that with:
```                    sanitizeOutput(process.out),
                    path(process.out.stitch_map[0][1]).readLines()[0..5],
                    path(process.out.versions_geneticmapconvert[0]).yaml```
you capture some output twice

Indeed, the `path(process.out.stitch_map[0][1]).readLines()[0..5]` is for me to ensure that the output is nicely formated.
Should I remove it, now that I know that it works ?

It's just that I find it cleaner.

Let me see if I can add a local patch to the module that is bothering me and that could do the trick
