<!subteam^S016TBDBXHC> We slowly need to migrate all modules within nf-core/eager to use a versions topic. I made a list of all modules used in the pipeline atm to act a checklist for what modules still need updating on the nf-core side: https://github.com/nf-core/eager/issues/1170 This is generally an easy fix for most tools, and we should get this done before updating all the modules across the pipeline in prep for the eventual release. Would be great if we can all start working through the list and ticking off any modules that already have been migrated, and migrate any modules that are still pending. eager ^_^
