I'm trying to run the latest version of mag on a single metagenome. I'm running into the following error:
* --igenomes_base (<s3://ngi-igenomes/igenomes/>): could not validate file format of '<s3://ngi-igenomes/igenomes/>': The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records. (Service: S3, Status Code: 403, Request ID: ST9DJ7KSWZ29CSJS, Extended Request ID: rbRfamfgN2nU/IM5CRcfpZNXiLmbEnLfkOFnsrdQu5tpgNNwYKVZ3MXTAMw5gIXshPC2qTmUzGdOw0pGXcfguoOat7ucPwUV) (SDK Attempt Count: 1)

Ugh this is why I don't like the igenomes thing... Try adding
--igenomes_base false
To your run... I think I suggested that to someone a while ago (if you search In slack you should find it). Most likely you have a firewall or something that blocks S3 or you're running on an offline mode
Or something

Thanks, that last option worked. I have no clue why the s3 failed since I can access s3 based data without issues on the cluster. It could be the AWS Access Key Id as the error message says

it's running now, will probably take a while
