I am trying out the MultiQCSAV modules -&gt; <https://github.com/nf-core/modules/tree/master/modules/nf-core/multiqcsav>
as we want to use it in <#C06PHJM0Y3D>, using <#C049MBCEW06> I capture all outputs from the pipeline.
And I notice that while I still have all the files in the `multiqc_data/` folder, I am noticing no files at all in `multiqc_plots/pdf/`, `multiqc_plots/png/` and `multiqc_plots/svg/`.
I am investigating, but just wanted to know if anyone noticed this

the tests with config has this in the config:
export_plots: true

So I was hoping to produce some plots

ok, so <https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/10935> is now updated.
I added changed the config file to one that had no TEMPLATE string inside.
I added the extra `-p` args to force plot exports
I added capture of all the files.

I don't see any plots produced by the MultiQC SAV modules, while I have some data being produced.
Any idea what can be wrong here???

Its probably an SAV bug. Will have to look it over

I have forgotten to commit the config file for the tests. Let me fix that and we'll see what happens with conda

ok, so no differences with conda, so let's merge it when it's approved, and we can update when multiqcsav is patched wherever the problem is
