Hi, I'm flagging a possible central sync-automation issue affecting `nf-core/gwas`: https://github.com/nf-core/gwas/issues/83

nf-core/gwas

appears to have stopped receiving automatic template sync updates after 2025-04-30. Upstream

TEMPLATE

is still at

f3514e2

(

nf-core/tools 3.2.1

), while later template updates were handled manually on

dev

. Other nf-core repos with protected

TEMPLATE

branches still received bot sync PRs, so this may be a repo-specific automation/permissions problem.
