@Daniel Straub: I've opened https://github.com/nf-core/ampliseq/pull/959 for review. One test that hasn't got anything with my additions to do is failing, see comment in thread. I'll be away until Tuesday next week. Sorry for all the emails when I was struggling with the tests, linting and other stuff!
