Hey! I am putting in a PR for on-demand fallback queues for the AWS megatests. How can I trigger the CE rebuild from the ops repo? Also we'll need the CE's to be build in order: on-demand first, then grab the tower-forge name and update the nextflow config for default spot CEs, but that seems doable, once I know how to build them.
