I was working on issue #10484 migrating cnaqc to channel topics. This doesn't work:

tuple val("${task.process}"), val('cnaqc'), eval("Rscript -e \"cat(as.character(packageVersion('CNAqc')))\""), topic: versions, emit: versions_cnaqc

tuple val("${task.process}"), val('dplyr'), eval("Rscript -e \"cat(as.character(packageVersion('dplyr')))\""), topic: versions, emit: versions_dplyr

Have anyone migrated any modules using that is using template script?

https://nf-co.re/docs/tutorials/migrate_to_topics/update_modules#template-migration for templates you still need to keep the versions.yml but also output it as a topic
